What is Vertimax?Vertimax is a jumping training technology that is specifically designed to increase power in the vertical jump, increase acceleration or improve top end speed.

How fast can one expect to see results?Depending on where your currently positioned with your performance training regimen, you may expect to see results in as little as two to four weeks.

How long is a typical workout?A standard jump training workout can be completed in under 5 minutes, where a speed training workout can be completed, typically, in just 30-45 minutes. Work outs are designed on an individual basis.

How many times a week should I use the Vertimax or engage in training?During off season we recommend training at a minimum of two sessions per week. In season, if you’re aiming to be a higher-level athlete then you should be aiming for one to two session per week.

What age can athletes start training on the Vertimax?Athletes as young as 8 years old can begin using the Vertimax. The resistance bands that are installed on the Vertimax are adjustable to suit the user's age and athletic abilities.
